Ideas to lengthen jacket sleeves

I bought a new Coast rainproof jacket last year in the sales. However, now that it's winter, the sleeves are a little short.

Does anyone have any ideas what I could do to add an inch or 2 to the sleeve length? There isn't enough material in the hem to make a difference, and I can't shorten the length of the jacket, due to the zip.

Have seen cuffs which you can buy on Ebay, but wondered whether anyone can give me any other ideas.
