RICS surveyor recommendation North Wales

Hi,

just wondering if if anyone could recommend a good surveyor / firm covering north wales, Rhyl / Prestatyn area.

Buying a relatively new property under 15 years old so assuming a homebuyers report will be ok rather than paying for a full survey?

Any advice much appreciated

If you are buying with a mortgage would be cheaper to upgrade the lenders basic valuation.

Not sure if it's too late but for what it's worth, I'd definitely agree with Thrugelmir's advice above.

From personal experience I've used SDL Surveying for a RICS Building Survey before and can recommend them. Initially, we were a bit skeptical about using them due to their Google Reviews score but our survey was spot on. I'd assume their low rating is from home sellers who've had a property undervalued, couldn't really fault the service for our survey.
