Landlords energy saving allowance - double glazing

Hello,
First time i've got to fill in a self assement form due to having a rented property and just wanted to know if I can use the landlord's energy saving allowance (LESA) if I replaced single glazed windows with double glazed windows? I've searched about a bit online and am getting conflicting answers. I belive if I can then I can claim upto £1500.
Apologies if this has been answered in another thread.
I'm sure i'll have more questions about what I can claim !
Thanks
