1 year into an IVA

I am one year into my IVA paying £260 a month. I have to resubmit everything for review. My surplus has gone up from £200 a month to £450. Total debt was £26k.

Are they going to ask for the £450 off me. (also this includes my wifes income but the debt is solely mine.)

The £260 a month is a big enough hole every month £450 would be a killer. Any advice would be appreciated.

If they come back and say £450 what can I do?

Welcome to MSE. I have no advice about IVAs but would suggest that you are honest about things. Is it likely that you will continue to have £450 surplus each month for the next year or will this fluctuate with your income?

why are you including your OH's income... obviously it reasonable for them to pay their fair share of the mortgage / bills etc but they dont need to contribute to yours debt repayments.
