Given the low initial investment, I would suggest nail polish remover but test on a small and discreet area of the leather first!

ETA: believe it or not, ink does fade. I had a leaky biro accident on my new phone case (admittedly pleather) about three months ago and despite looking like a total disaster at the time, it's nearly gone now.

A squirt of hairspray and quick wipe off should do it.

Stain devils make a biro remover. Worth buying a bottle in case you get biro on anything else. It seems to last for ever, so it will get used eventually.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Alcohol hand germ gel takes ink off desks but I don’t know about leather.

Hairspray, alcohol gel or a baby wipe usually work though they might need a few goes.

I've said it before, but given how baby wipes get touted for removing so many stains, why would you trust them on a child's skin?!
