So, to work off of £29,000 net salary assuming 1250L tax code, your gross salary would be ~£37,447.30
So your currently monthly take home pay should be around £2416.67
37447.30/5 = 7489.46*4 = £29,957.84
Your new monthly take home pay should be around £1992.26
In terms of net monthly take home, you will be ~17.5% a month worse off, or £424.41.Know what you don't0 -
It would have been easier if the OP had given us gross pay.
As for holidays, the biggest question is how the company calculates odd days. My employer works holidays out as whole days so on a three day week I get 17 days holiday per year, or 5.66 weeks, gaining 0.06 of a week on the five day workers. I do know someone who works three days whose employer works it out as hours so they must do an odd 2 hours at some point. And yes, they have twice had to come in for a 2 hour shift when awkward managers won't allow any other alternative.

Indeed, as several others have pointed out. Perhaps waiting to see if OP came back and supplied the relevant information would have been more sensible, rather than spending so much time guesstimating the figures?Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -
