Aldermore Mortgage FTB

Hi!
So we have a mortgage application in with Aldermore (for obvious reasons). We submitted this a couple of weeks ago after getting a DIP.
They've had a back log so it's taken quite a while but we finally have a Valuation date - Friday 18th October. Our MA says providing that the valuation comes back ok, he's confident that we will breeze through - hoping to get our offer middle of next week.
Does anybody know from experience how long it takes from Valuation to Offer? Will we hear back about the valuation before/if we get an offer?
So nervous, I hate waiting about !!

Our valuation was done on 16th Sept and we got our offer on 27th Sept.
Our MA also said they were behind but he was chasing them.

Just to add LOTC96 my MA told us the day after valuation it was ok but still had to wait for offer0

Hello,
Our valuation was on the Thursday and we had our offer on the Friday. This was back in April this year. I guess it depends how quickly they can move through things

We had our Valuation done Friday 18th. We've just spoken to our MA who says it came back perfect so he's hoping for the offer either today or tomorrow!
I just hope nothing pops up, it shouldn't do but the whole process has been so long and stressful I'm just thinking the worst!!0 -
MA received email offer today 3 days after valuation. Now to await paper offer to come through.0
