That is true of the main jackpot, however not all the "available" prizes always get won, whether they be 10p or £100. I've seen it before where there were 5 x £100 "to be won" but only 3 were actually won. If you read the T&Cs it tells you the breakdown of how many of each tier prize are available, but they never all get won. That's why you often see on the last day it will say £xxxx still to be won.
