COT & nationwide texts..

So our solicitor last night sent the certificate of title across to nationwide to get them to release the mortgage funds for Friday this week as we are looking to complete on Monday.
We are looking to exchange today (was all rushed last night but in order to ensure funds were here in time she requested them) worst case we've been told if for any reason we do not exchange today or tomorrow she will have to ring nationwide and get them to stop the release of funds on Thursday.
We haven't received a text message from nationwide to say they have received a request for funds as I note some people have on these forums.
Is it just abit premature seeing as the cot was only sent across last thing yesterday or do they no longer send these texts? Don't wanna keep checking my phone for a text that may never arrive :rotfl:
