The competition winner will receive a unique box set from the Korean Film Archive: ‘Modernization on Screen: Understanding Korean Society and Modernization Through Films’. This DVD box set of eight classic Korean films also includes a book that sheds light on the history of Korean society and Korean cinema from the 1960s into the 21st century.
The films included in the box set are as below. The Age of Success and The Contact are both screening as part of this year’s festival.
