2. How to participate
These conditions are to be read in conjunction with the individual TopCashback Competitions page. All Plus Member entrants must be logged in to their TopCashback account and select one answer from the three options below the question on the competition page. Only Plus Member entrants with the correct answer will be put through to the prize draw. Entries which are incomplete, misspelt, inaudible, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this promotion. You may only submit one entry to this promotion. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
3. Start date
This promotion start date will be Monday 14th October 2019.
4. Closing date
This promotion end date will be Friday 18th October 2019 at 23:59.
5. Selection of the winner
The single winner of the prize draw will be the first Plus Member entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions, 5 working days after the competition has finished. The winner must respond to the communication made by TopCashback within 5 working days, thereafter TopCashback reserve the right to select another winner. The correct answer will be published on the TopCashback website. You acknowledge that you may be required to be used in publicity if you are selected as a winner.
6. Prize
The prize is £200 cash, as detailed on the TopCashback Plus Member competition prize page. The prize is non-transferable and excludes any additional costs and expenses. The prize will be sent to the member within 5 working days of the member confirming the prize win. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in description of the prize.
