charity gifts

Has anyone dealt with Good Gifts charity gifts? I only used them because they were recommended on MSE but I'm having trouble.

They took my money immediately on 30th September but have not yet sent me the promised cards to give to people. I have emailed them twice and they say they have sent them.

I can't find any uptodate information about them online so I'm worried.

If you haven't yet received them, tell them and see what their solution is.

I have told them. Even if the gift cards arrive I'm now wondering if my money is going to where it should.

I used a debit card unfortunately.

You have chargeback rights with a debit card so I'm not sure why you would say "unfortunately."

Section 75 is only on credit cards

Two weeks is not a long time. It is not unusual for a company to ay 'allow 28 days for delivery'. Do Good Gifts promise delivery by a certain date or within a specific time period? Would suggest you give them at least 28 days before you take any further action.
