Remember to tick the box on the final page to enter the competition.

Prize is monthly, but you can enter once per week.
Prize must be collected from Meadowhall.


You can enter without doing the survey.
1) Go to the T&C HERE
2) Click on "Please click here to enter the free prize draw only." (in the middle of the T&C)
3) Next click "Continue"
4) Enter age and click "Continue"
5) Ignore "you are not eligible to enter the prize draw" and click Continue
6) On the next page you must tick the box and then "Continue"
7) You are now at the Prize Draw Entry Form
