    Without a doubt the original and first Resident Evil on the Playstation. Hadn't seen anything like it before and parts of it really did make me jump.

    Written in BASIC, you could break into it by simply pressing the BREAK key.

    I saved up my pocket money for weeks to buy it, £14.99 it cost, I was robbed. Nice box though.

    Zelda is good - I dusted off my old N64 recently and it still plays very well, as does Goldeneye.

    Now that I think of it TimeSplitters 2 on PS2 is a very good game.

    Theme hosptial
    Modern warfare (old one)
    Gears of war 1 & 2
    The fallout series gets a mention.
    Pokemon blue (vulpix & ninetails)

    Worst:
    Harry potter series of video games

    My best: Witcher 3 with Oblivion/Skyrim as seconds.

    I love open world games and Witcher 3's setting, writing, graphics and storyline are all top tier.

    My worst game is tough; there's a lot of contenders. A few abandoned early access games that I took a risk on that didn't pay off. The entire "walking simulator" genre such as Dear Esther.

    I'd have to say that Aliens: Colonial Marines from 2013 is the stand-out "worst" just because it was so obviously misrepresented by it's developers.
