Perhaps they run this offer every month but I wouldn't wait to find out. I can strongly recommend this application. There is a bit of a learning curve to go through but the results can be excellent.

I don't think you have to a previous version installed as I note that you could be switching to a completley different product. However, I have not tried the offer myself. You could always claim to have lost the CDs as well as the serial number.

Cheers for the reply - think i'll give it a go for the sake of £15, looks like the kind of thing i'm interested in at the moment but didn;t get round to doing any reseach etc...
