    What is your diploma in?

It's a brilliant goal to save up money outside overpaying the mortgage, you never know when you'll need it.

Any more angel delight going around? :rotfl:

The sofa bed and guest towels are ready and waiting ng. We skate every Monday night and those good enough to play skate three times a weeks.

Dd and Ds are playing up for me tonight - I think I've figured it out, Dh puts Ds to bed while Dd is still awake and they then wind each other up. Dh then gets stressed and it ends in tears.

The diploma is to become a Probate Practitioner kp. Plan is to take over Wills and Probate when my boss retires next year. Plan is also to get a pay rise :)

More Angel Delight on its way Friday night. I'm thinking a 'trifle' with raspberry jelly, angel delight and cream.

Money wise £18.75 has arrived from Quidco and I've earn't £100 extra with overtime but I'm holding onto it as the credit card bill is £1500 next month!
Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck :)

That is so exciting! I know very little about your work other than the client money rules (I do solicitor -including some in probate audits occasionally). I'm so impressed that you can study, work and have kids. Can't imagine how stressful that is. I did work and study and that was enough thanks!

Sorry the kids are winding each other up, hope everyone is happier now.

    Hi and thanks TG.

Another hour overtime earn't today although it's left me more stressed than was worth it - not the actual work but having to deal with a colleague this time. She wants me to change when the Christmas meal is to be...she has no idea how much effort it takes and I'm tempted to say fine, you want it changed you bl**dy do it!

She truly is lovely but utterly clueless on some things....

What with half term and the clocks going back I am absolutely cream crackered!

    zzzZZzzzz

Money is currently flowing out rather faster that I like as DD's feet have grown again so we've had a nice afternoon baking biscuits, fruit cake and bread and the house looks ready for Halloween. I love how the fake webs hide all the piles of mess :p

I did however accidentally save us +£40 as I was too late to book the Santa train for the kids. Am currently debating whether to take the kids to the Christmas panto which I have no doubt we'll enjoy but £100 just feels like an awful lot

Back into work tomorrow, I'll be off to bed in a bit as I have no doubt there will be enough work to keep me going for a week but they only have me for two days.

I'm not sure how well I'm doing at juggling all the commitments atm kp I'll let you know after my first exam ;)
What sort of work do you do, accounting to be doing audits?

Does your colleague have a good reason to change the meal? Not that it helps, I just love gossip.

I used to love pantos with family and it felt like a real treat. But £100 does seem like a lot, are there any alternatives?

    When is your first exam?

I am an accountant (don't hate me), I do a tiny bit of auditing but it's the devil's work. It's so dull. But accounts are fun, it's just puzzle solving all day, but half the pieces are missing and some of them are covered in jam.

Ohhh so I've been absent for a bit, obviously busy, busy as everyone is :) Went to visit my fav aunt for a few days :) and her house almost got flooded - literal rivers of water flowing straight past her house! Kids thought it was very exciting.

I changed the Xmas meal date kp - one person couldn't make it (despite being aware of the date and time - I had organised the office to close for the afternoon which is now cancelled!).
Then there was almost an argument about the place I'd booked because said person who chose the venue forgot where she'd requested.

I'll be back :) just wanted to let you know I'm still here and obv not posting while at work......:p
