Supposedly 'free offer' of Gruum shampoo bar

Did anyone else apply for the "free offer" of a Gruum shampoo bar during September? And if so did you receive it?
I'd been thinking of trying a shampoo bar and this offer seemed to be an ideal opportunity, as the bars are generally a rather expensive alternative to liquid shampoo. I was asked to pay £3.95 for postage ... however nothing arrived. I contacted Gruum and their response was that the shampoo bars are hand-made so they take a long time to produce ... presumably the process takes longer than 3 weeks, as that's how long I've been waiting!
Meanwhile I've received umpteen emails from Gruum advertising various other products ... do they seriously think I'd be tempted?!

Yes they were overwhelmed by the response to the MSE offers.
I've been told the order should arrive in a week's time.

They said to me 4 weeks ago it'd be 2-3 weeks, hopefully sooner so I'm no convinced in the slightest0

Mine arrived last week. I received an email earlier in October stating that they had an overwhelming response and it would take longer than the usual.ally.0
