Would appreciate advice I have been advised to go for a Protected Trust Deed however two of the creditors I have are known to be against PTD. Adviser I spoke to suggested if refused to go for sequestration. Has anyone done this or has experience of a trust deed being rejected by creditors

protected trust deed - basically Scottish iva
sequestration is bankruptcy
So situation isn't that different to many who propose an IVA, if the creditors won't take the IVA you need to consider other forms of insolvency bankruptcy being the obvious one.
What does a protected trust deed offer you that sequestration doesn't ? Do you have a home to protect say ?0
