Finally paid my overdue redress of £1000 after a long and frustrating wait. Added to my list of Wonga, Sunny and PDUK and over £5000 claimed back! For those of you still claiming keep going and chasing and it will all be worth it in the end!

    What was redress for?
  • How long did it take to get a reply? I received an email saying they would deal with my complaint no longer than 8 weeks......next Tuesday is 8 weeks for me!!

Took 15 months in total from original complaint. Took 40 days after FOS ordered to pay redress. Sham of a company that lends money in minutes
  • Yeah 100% they are. I am not holding out much hope on mine as it was over 6 years ago :(

Doesn't matter if over 6 years old. FOS looking at all loans post 2007. Ok if over 6 years as it only recently became known you could reclaim interest charges due to predatory lending.
  • That's good and a relief I really hope I get compensation!! 🤞

    You won't.

At best they'll wipe out the charges and interest but that'll be it.

  • Is that what usually happens?? During my time of payday loans I had a loan with quick quid which I rolled over for a year then went into a debt management plan I am still paying off the loan with quick quid through that.

They're entitled to their money back at least. Surely you can agree with that?
