My pot is growing very slowly at the mo, but at least it is growing. I have filled one empty coke tin and am on my second, I hope to fill 3 by the grand opening day. I think the filled one is mostly coppers with the occasional silver but it all adds up. I have put the filled tin away in a cupboard so as I don't keep looking at it wondering how much is in it. For me anything extra helps, this will be the majority of my Chrsitmas spend along with any vouchers I get.
We also had a lovely day here in NI, typical exam weather for the youngsters but it is great and really lightens the mood. I am now enjoying a glass of chilled cheap fizz after doing the ironing.0 -
oh, its gone back to hot again now dont worry!
The holiday was awesome. Didnt realise how much i needed one until I went. Mrs S acquired a new boyfriend, a pheasant that would call and peck the window every morning at 6.30am......and i acquired a duck who followed me around like a puppy. Where i went, she went and waited outside if i was in a shop or food place! lol
I was even bribed into the Spa there where I discovered that she'd booked me a mens grooming thingy including a really nice massage!I am one of the 63336.'It is better to have lived one day as a tiger than a thousand years as a sheep.'

Hiya mumzy,
How are you kid? well I hope, Went shopping to Mr M's on Saturday & some kind person had left their £1 coin in the trolley, free cash I love it. Been doing some serious letter writing to Loan & CC companies for PPI reclaiming, got my cheque from the Halifax for £378.24 (they forgot to add the 8% statutory interest) £30.26, so I've sent them a letter asking for it lol, well if you don't ask you don't get.
Also managed to move one credit card debt to a 6.3% fixed for life BT, which has knocked another 4 months off the debt free date.
My "Sealed Pot" is the bank, I've managed to sky away £148, and change with the interest, also doing the daily clicks thing, but it does get time consuming.Sparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002.
