oh thats great then if summer is on it's way, i can keep my tan toped up when i get back. i did see on sky news that it was about 14o in parts of the uk today.

Have a great time out there Shelley, I'll bet it's just beautiful too, but so long as you're thinking of us all back here......!:D Seriously, you just relax in the sun and being away from it all. I hope your Dad's ok and is able to enjoy it all too.

I have had some very bad news today but trying not to think about it . Hope your ok.

Wish i was on my holiday only 8 weeks to go though!

Any where nice for your hols?, no summer hol this year for us, but going to NY in November with DW & very good friends

I had trouble with the (Sh)Abbey today, asked them to stop a transfer between accounts, as they have frozen 1 account & made me cancel all the standing orders, then the dozy sod, moved money from the account I wanted it returning to, then said that because there is a freeze on the account, that she couldn't get the money back for me, left me with £27 for the week, and no hope of paying £25 into A & L to cover the DD's that Abbey made me cancel, so probably get more bl**dy charges off A & L this week, I'm sure they're all working together to keep the little man down, but at least I can smile about it now .

I am off to Bulgaria for 9 days, can't wait.

Sadly the news is not something that can improve, my old next door neighbour has got terminal lung cancer, such a shock, he doesn't smoke or anything. They don't know how long he has left, its upset my Dad loads as he still lives there and they are quite close so upset for him too....sorry to depress you
