The ingredients you have will do fine mumzy, the wine is only an added extra & 1 of them is for the cook anyway, so I don't think it really matters. He absolutly loves pasta..he doesnt like chips and hardly eats potatoe like mash etc. so i give him lots of pasta..i mean he must be a weird child not to like chips!! LOL we hardly go mcdonalds as he doesnt eat the chips and its "cr*p" food anyways

How many tubes of tomato puree do i put in?
If you make a large pan full use 3 tubes that should make it thick enough, if the pan hasn't got a heavy bottom (ooh er missus) then keep stirring it every couple of minutes, otherwise it will stick & burn.
Don't blame your DS for not liking Mc D's I'd rather eat the polystyrene box they come in, there's probably more goodness in that lol
