    my DS is of to a video shoot for his mates band tomorrow, i'm sulking because i can't be in it, the director/producer said only under 18's :rolleyes:

    lol, Lilmissmup, i have lived in the chippy for the past 4 days...... not good, and i'm starting to feel il over it.... yuck! I've not managed to go running either. Bah.

    You have an excuse though stunty lol!

    My excuse is my friends birthday, a friend from London being down for a week and also mine and OH's 5 year anniversary! :p

    I have lost half a stone though this year so as long as next week i get back on track will be all ok! ;)
    Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month

    Usually i enjoy a chippy meal, its a treat, but i feel really ill if i eat too many......... bleugh!
    Thats really good weight loss LMM, as long as you're doing plenty of exercise to build up your muscle and convert the fat to muscle. (And you know of course that muscle weighs more than fat....)

    it got moved from the airfield about 2 years ago, ones self has not been to the new site yet:rotfl: i will never forget my 1st cream fields
