    Good afternoon everyone,
Glad to say back in work grabbing some overtime to reduce the debt. Hopefully be able to clear one outstanding for £228 next Thursday, which means we will have saved nearly £100 in interest payments alone, scary when you think how much money finance companies are making from us saps lol!

Stunty good to have you back, we thought you'd fallen off the edge of the world lol!

    Take care everyone

  • lol, my ex used to help herself to the change in my pockets Molly. It was ALMOST a spend day for me today. The powerpack to my laptop blew up, so off i went to PC World, laptop in carry bag and bad mood in tow. The smarmy sales assistant tried to sell me a wonder replacement that would have cost £70 until I pointed out the laptop's not even a year old yet, and i wanted a free one. They didnt have a straight swop so i got the £70 one for free......

Don't worry Sparky, I'm still here.....

Quick hello to all, sorry I haven't been keeping up with this thread but I just don't get much change. Phil does get whatever I find or receive and DS has fed him a few pennies recently so he won't starve (Phil, not DS).

Hope everyone is well. I'm off to try catching up with all the posts here and I do weight Phil most nights and update my sig whenever there's any change (pardon the pun). :)

Back again - congratulations to everyone and good luck to everyone quitting smoking. I haven't had a single ciggy in 2008, not even a puff of anyone else's, nor have I spent a single penny of the cig money. At £1.28 per day, it's clocking up nicely in the virtual "ciggy piggy" thanks to Will Power, except I think it's more a case of sheer stubbornness and an outright refusal to pay the Government any more tax than is necessary :)
I reserve the right not to spend.
