Pleased that you had a nice time Stunty - what a good start to the New Year for you. It's nice to hear some happy news.

Keep up the good work peeps, I am trying to save my £2 coins but spent one on milk n stuff yesterday, I left it sat on my pot and had to use it sadly. Got to make it through til Thursday now. Good job I didn't put it in or I wouldn't be having a cuppa :o .

Next week I will try harder I promise
A penny saved is one you don't have to earn!

I've only managed 49 pence this week, but that's because I haven't drawn any money out of the bank, which bodes well for all the other challenges I'm doing.

Glad you had a good night on Saturday Stunty, hope you think of something cool to do next week.

On the topic of 'notes' I have decided to write myself a note to remind myself what the money was for (and where I have hidden the stuff I've already bought for Christmas 2008!) and post it in my 'pot'.

    15 crafts for 2015 challenge.
    Christmas 2015 - started to save/wrap!

That's a brill idea. :T I always forget about loads of stuff that is stashed here and there becasue of lack of space to store.

i need to do that note thing as well, i got 3 hampers the other day from tesco, most of the stuff is for next year, so making a note will remind me of wher it is and who its for. :T :T :T
