    Also on your sig it says u have claimed back bank charges.. i worte to banks and nationwide owe me £300 and something and so do capital one credit card..but do i have to wait untill all the banks go to court in jan to see if i can claim back then..or can i ask for a refund now?

    I've only claimed credit card charges hun, they're NOT on hold.... don't be fobbed off by the lying banks. Argos is going to court, and so's both TSB accounts as they havent resnded in the time i gave them, they keep trying delaying tactics.... Grrr!!

    ps i wouldnt sell videos or dvds cus they dont seem to sell that well, unless they are special edition/ rare....but then ive been quite lazy on the ebay front and not sold anything yet =S
