Hi everyone,
I have a couple of packets of dried lasagne sheets that I’m looking to use up but I’m fed up of making lasagne! Does anyone have any alternative recipes to use them up? I have made plenty of meat lasagne and veg lasagne already.
Thanks everyone

Can you soften the sheets in warm water and use to make cannelloni you could fill with spinach and ricotta. Alternatively break it up and add to soup, I break up spaghetti to add to minestrone.
I've not tried it but you can boil to soften and then cut into triangles and bake to turn into tortilla chips. http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/26173/healthy-snack-crisps.aspxLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin0 -
Thanks Brambling the spinach and ricotta idea sounds good I’m going to give that a go V 12500 B 8300 N 1900 Oct £51/£1550

I've had them a long time but I'm also trying to use up items in the cupboard so wondered if anyone made anything but lasagne with themV 12500 B 8300 N 1900 Oct £51/£1550 -
Just break them up into pieces and use as any other type of pasta0
