    I thought that if the ombudsman rules in your favour but the company doesn't pay it makes it much easier to sue the company. It also works the other way around if the ombudsman rules against you, it makes legal action much harder.

    Before you get to legal action you need to completely exhaust the ombudsman process, which the op is still in.

    Amazing, happy to Take the money and spend it though. These companies are scummy but at this rate desperate people gonna be turning to loan sharks.

    Must of been an emergency for you to pay that interest, what would you of done if they declined you ?
