Bankruptcy Scotland- help

I’m really not sure what to do. I’m in Scotland and the account in bankruptcy has outsourced the administration of my sequestration to a third party.
I had an initial interview with someone who sounded like they were 12. It did not feel like a proper interview. It sounded like the person was just doing the call as a tick box exercise. Since then I have written to them with various questions that I have never received a reply to.
I have received threatening letters from them regarding requesting further information which they had already been supplied. I informed them that the information they had asked for had already been provided.....Again no reply, no acknowledgement, no confirmation that actually had the requested info - nothing.
Over the past 6 months I have provided them with updated SOAs and heard nothing. I’m really struggling to make ends meet and don’t know what to do.

There are many other things that have happened but don’t want to document them here in a public forum as they may be used to identify me.

I have never spoken to my actual Trustee and I have no idea what his or her name is. Whenever I call the company I speak to people who sound really young and their responses don’t sound very confident.

Financially I’m struggling. They just keep ignoring my requests for them to review my SoA and reduce my payments. Don’t know what to do or where to go from here.
