As this is a loan/hp agreement to a limited company would the Consumer Credit Act apply here? Normally lending to limited companies is not regulated under the CCA.
No it would not apply - have re-read the original post and whilst it implies that the HP was with the Ltd Co, it does not specifically say this.
If this is the case, then the OP should ignore the posts from The Mould (which from what I have seen on his other thread might be good advice anyway)0 -
