The Gym Group Live It membership

Hi just wanted to clarify a question about the Live It level of membership at The Gym.
This is the level where you can select 5 gyms to use.
I think you can use another gym that costs the same as your home gym as many times as you like, but if you use a gym that normally costs more than your home gym they will up your payments?

From The Gym website:
You can select up to 5 gyms at a time that you want access to and can change these gyms at any point free of charge. Because of the LIVE IT. membership price differs depending on the home club you choose; if you use a more expensive club more frequently than your home club in any monthly period, we will charge you the difference in price so your monthly fee is reflective of the club you have used the most.
