Hello all,
Am I expecting too much?PPI claim with NW is at stalemate at the minute.
They agreed a goodwill gesture on my claim minus rebates they say I had.won't pay interest I asked for .I think I should get interest up to present at rate i paid them as ive been deprived of this money.
they say there is no info on loan at all so how can they say i had rebate?
I sent for SAR under DPA and also CCA request-no mention of loan at all.I made several phone calls to different depts who all managed to find loan details so must be on record.
So why dont they want me to have them?got final response letter where they ignore all my questions so is it worth taking them to court?getting fed up now jinny:mad:
