Sorry this is a bit of a long one. Do any of you have any good tips for helping me to stay asleep through the night instead of waking up between 3 a.m - 4 a.m. every night, which means I only get about four to four and a half hours sleep a night. Just to ressurect this thread ...

To get over jetlag I normally buy Doxylamine Succinite in the US but I forgot last time I went and have been looking around but everything over the counter appears to be herbal rubbish. Where can you buy it from?

I can get a prescription for Zopiclone, but prefer not to go down that route.
