Does anyone know please whether it makes any difference which brand or form (tablet / capsule / drops / chewy) you buy your vitamin D3 in?
Looking for 1000 IU dosage and am bewildered by the range from very cheap to eye-wateringly expensive

I buy the Better you sprays, just a few sprays (amount differs for each vitamin) under the tongue or inside your cheeks. I buy the 3000 dose but they do a 1000.

Thanks -- is that a recommendation, Mojisola, or do you think there is little to choose between brands and types? I notice that company manufacture in the UK which is good.0 -
I've used Natures Best for years for a range of supplements and they seem to be good quality and value. My OH is using the Vit D at the moment.0

I buy these:

They come packed in a box which goes through your letterbox so you don't have to answer the door when the postman delivers.0 -
I always buy mine online from Healthspan.0

Ask your pharmacist. You can buy the exact same product that some of us are prescribed.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
I buy Mega Food - all plant based - not cheap though, but I love them0

Thanks for the helpful infoz. Went with the Nature's Best in the end since they had a good deal going for the lactase I needed as well. The spray and drops sound good for quicker absortion, but since I'm starting early in the season for once, think the tablets will be good enough.
Good health all :beer:0 -
I recommend Solgar. It is a quality product.0
