The lack of eggs brought back a memory of a great grandmother living in the mountains of Italy. She used to do the pin hole in the shell & then suck out the contents. No cooking 😆
See you later

I’m not good with cooked either. The whites are ok, but the yolks have to be very well done indeed. Even scrambled and omelettes can do for me.🤢
The funny thing is that once or twice a year I get into an “egg mood” and have to have something like omelette, scrambled or even a fried egg! It can last from one to four days, a week at most, and then I’ll go right off eggs again.
Most peculiar, and I never know when the “egg mood” will strike!
I’ve wondered whether it’s because I become deficient in something in eggs, and so start to crave them until the deficiency is satisfied.
Another funny thing is that when I was pregnant, I couldn’t get enough eggs, in the form of boiled eggs with soldiers! With runny yolks! I would have eaten a dozen a day if I could have as I craved them like mad! After baby was born, I reverted to finding eggs yucky again!
I is weird! 😂(I just lurve spiders!)

I'm happy to post you some more recipes if you'd like them. If there's anything specific you need to use in them let me know and I'll go through my books and see if I can find an appropriate recipe.5
