Employed, self-employed and business tax

in Cutting tax
This is a question for a friend whose not great with numbers. She is employed in two jobs; has recently started some self-employed consultancy; and has also just started renting out a second property on airbnb. She thinks that alongside her PAYE (x2) she needs to register as self-employed for the consultancy and pay business tax on the airbnb. Are there any ways to minimise her tax liability across these various forms of income?

tell her to go see an accountant for proper advice.
advising someone on tax efficiency via second hand info from a middleman is not the way to do it0
