Not Just Travel Franchise

Hello
Could anybody give me advice on the reality and pitfalls of taking this on?
Is it just a scam and I will loose my money?
I can't see how anybody makes much money on this, even the franchise provider is itself a subsidiary of Hayes travel, how would this even work?
Legally where would I stand if somebody had a complaint about a holiday I "sold" them? Would I be liable or would Not Just Travel/Hayes be liable?
Any advice appreciated thanks.

Not heard of it but I assume you would be liable because it's your business you are running. You are not employed by them you are selling holidays self-employed etc....same as any business...and it's kinda what I would imagine a lot of being a travel agent is being about. It won't be as simple as just selling holidays you have to organise them, ensure everything goes smoothly, and be able to deal with any issues/complaints that arise.People don't know what they want until you show them.0 -
I'm not to sure about the company or its franchise but they are still advertising Thomas cook holidays. Sorry, any huge company that has not updated their partnerships is lazy, has lack of empathy and kn my opinion I would look to start with another company. There are many out there such as travel councillors0
