Does anyone know that If i were to visit an IAPT advisor at my local GP, is any of the information regarding the treatment stored on my medical history?

I think the answer is no.

However, if your GP wrote a letter referring you to this service that will be on your GP medical record as would any letter the service sends back to the GP. What wouldn't normally appear would be any records the service itself keeps. You could obviously obtain a copy of those using a GDPR request. That is generally the case with any external services even if they happen to be using a room at the GP surgery.

You could presumably refuse them permission to write to your GP although they may well then decline to see you.

If you have online access to your GP record you will see that every access by any member of staff is logged with a reason. However is is very difficult / impossible to stop records being kept. If you feel something is incorrect they may agree to change it but if not you can insist that a statement of your views be inserted alongside the disputed record.
