Meal plans

Hi. Just wondering if anyone can point me towards good reference sites for meal plans for exercise. Or do you know any app that can count calorie? I think this kind of app will help me lose weight by eating the foods I like. Thank you in advance

    MyFitnessPal is great for tracking and understanding the food you have.
    Calculate how many calories you should be having.
    Research meal plans and get one from a certified trainer. Here’s one of mine:
