Men's big and tall work (office) trousers

I'm looking for a new source of non-iron formal trousers, nothing fancy as they're only for work, they just need to be reasonably comfy. I've always bought M&S in the past but their quality appears to have gone down recently. I take a 35"/36" inside leg which rules out all the supermarket brands.
Can anyone recommend a good place to look, or even better a specific pair of of trousers?
Thanks
ETA - I need a 40" waist

Thanks for the response, unfortunately Next's Big and Tall range should more accurately be called Big OR Tall.
Their XL leg lengths only go up to a 38" waist, I take a 40" (I should have stated that in the first post really - now added).0 -

40" waist, 36 and 38" leg (more choice in 38). This site is aimed at Tall, not Big-And-Tall, so you're at the top end of their size range waistways.
