1. The LOVEFiLM & EPSON competition is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over and is not open to employees of LOVEFiLM International Limited (“LOVEFiLM”), Epson employees or their direct families. One entry per person. 2. To enter you should follow the instructions and answer the question assigned to the LOVEFiLM & EPSON competition on the Lovefilm Website and send in your entry by using the form above. No purchase required. 3. LOVEFiLM must receive your entry by 23:59 on 10th December 2007. 4. LOVEFiLM does not accept responsibility for late, lost, damaged or corrupted entries; proof of sending is not proof of receipt. 5. The 5 winners will be selected at random by LOVEFiLM on the 11th December 2007. 6. The winners will be notified within 10 working days thereafter. 7. The winners will be notified by email using the email address given when the entry is made. 8. If there has been no response from the original selected winners to this email notification after 30 days, the prize will be awarded to the reserves in consecutive order drawn at the time of original winners. 9. LOVEFiLM's decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. Details of the winner will be available from LOVEFiLM after 12th December 2007 by writing to LOVEFiLM & EPSON Competition, LOVEFiLM International Limited, Unit 9, 6 Portal Way, London W3 6RU. 11. 1st prize of Epson EMP-TWD10 plus LOVEFiLM free for a year and 4 runner up prizes of Epson EMP-DM1 and LOVEFiLM free for a year are non-transferable and there will be no cash alternatives. 13. LOVEFiLM reserves the right to alter the advertised prize in circumstances out of its control; the alternative prize will be of an equal or greater value. 14. We will only use your personal details for the purpose of awarding your prize, if necessary. By disclosing your personal information to LOVEFiLM and entering the prize draw, you agree to us passing on your details to a third party for the purpose of delivering your prize, if necessary. 15. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them; the law of England and Wales governs the Competition. 16.
