Private Health 365 Check?

Hi there, I am thinking of a private 365 Health Check and wondered if any users on here and ever used one and which was the best or best value for money?
They seem between £250-£500?
I am 45 and am thinking of a general Health MOT and thought of these? unless there is something similar on the NHS? Does anyone know the procedures and what is checked exactly?
I have contacted BUPA and BMI who both seem to do these.
Any ideas would be most grateful.

Hi, I posted 'Health Check Appointment' a bit earlier, you might find the advice given on there to be helpful.
