Hi,
Right so, I know generally these schemes can be bad from googling for a bit but wondered if this situation takes out enough risk to make it the best option for me.
I will be a first time buyer and can deposit potentially between 20-45k. But if then my parents put in the deposit that’s locked away for 3 years they’d get interest also and with my additional that would take away the worry of negative equity being a high risk at the very least, no?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Kev

Anyone?
Unsure which is my best route still0 -
If you can fund the deposit yourself then just go down that route. You will get a much more competitive interest rate and much more choice in terms of lenders.0
