Should I accpect nationwide offer

I called nationwide last month to pay of all arrears and month payments for 2 personal loans they said after i pay xxx it will be cleared, so I paid that and had money to pay more

But I called this month and they said they was still money, and it was not all cleared last month... they listened to the call and they were at fault.

And for there error they will remove the one month late fee off my credit file(which I could have paid then) and £25 compensation

Is this adequate? Or should I ask for more or escalate it futhur

I think their apology, removal of the late payment marker, and £25 is adequate compensation for Nationwide's error.
