Has anyone else had problems with this recently? I've been using the site for years (in it's various incarnations) & have been unable to log on as my account is 'temporarily unavailable'. I've not had any response to a message sent via their help centre a couple of weeks ago & am getting a bit worried that all the points I've built up over the year in readiness for Xmas will be lost...:(

I have been on it today with no problems, are you still getting email invites from them? I usually click through from one of them to get to the sign in page.0

I'm not experiencing any problems currently.
If unable to log in, try messaging them on their Facebook page -

Good luck0 -
They have really been pushing for new recruits, using Swagbucks, Pickmypostcode etc so that might have slowed them down a bit (masses of new members might also lead to a reduction in the level of rewards)0

Had this last month after a few weeks the mesage changed to account inactive various messages to the company were sent and no reply even via facebook
I them made a complaint to the better buisness bureau and within a few days had a reply saying they were unsure why my account had been deactivated and if I signed up with a new account and contacted them with the new email they would transfer my points
True to there word the points appeared in my new account within a week
Used to cash out montly I now cash out as soon as I reach the minimum amount0 -

That's best with every site unless there is a significant gain to be had by redeeming for higher amounts0
