Addresses for credit file clean up

I was discharged in July 2017 and am currently trying to clear up my credit file. Does anyone have the addresses i would need to write to for Next Store Card and Lloyds Bank for current account and personal loan? I have looked online and have found several different addresses.

I second the above. Emailing usually does the trick, as you have a record of what you've sent and I think data protection officers have a certain amount of time to sort our your case.0
