Im looking to buy a decent food flask, can anyone recommend one as I cant find one with good reviews, most of them dont seem to keep food hot for long

Place boiling water in a thermos, and shut the lit for a few minutes - then tip the water our and put in your food. then the thermos will keep it hotter for longer.
