"Won" discount voucher, anyone else?

Received an email this morning telling me I had won a £25 voucher for Waterhaul sunglasses. After a bit of searching it looks like it comes from this comp here posted by Laks
It states that there were ten runners up receiving this discount voucher, but my suspicious nature tells me that probably everyone who entered will get one. I had a look at the sunglasses just out of interest and they are £65 so would be £40 even after using the voucher! I usually buy £1 ones from Primark so I think I'll be passing on these.
