You might also be worth sending a letter by post with proof of postage to be certain.

Email can be missed, and you have to provide extra information to prove your identity, wear-as a good old fashioned letter is carried by Royal Mail and is regarded as been your bona fide correspondence without question.

As above but also get proof of posting. It is amazing how much paperwork Lowell can lose in their systems which miraculously appears when you have a [free] proof of posting.Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.

good evening... letter tonight from lowell..they have the telephone number wrong again, also they are stating that the account was a telecommunications account it is not regulated by the consumer credit act 1974...therefore the original creditor is not obliged to provide you with a copy of agreement or default notice..so where do i go from here .thanks0

they have the telephone number wrong again
The account is the phone number. So if it not your phone number it is not your debt.
Have you told them that?
See the letter from Sourcrates in #7 and send that again with proof of posting. Clearly if they were to try court with a phone number / account that is not yours, then they would fail and owe you costs. So keep denying the debt.Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.
