Hi All, Currently in a IVA which I’ve been in for 1 year. I have a HP whilst in the IVA but I need to change the car as it’s not a practical car anymore for my line of work. Hence why I indicated a personal loan would be better for them as you confirmed that taking out car finance for someone else was against the FCA rules.
